The restaurant of Chateau le Haget has been built in the former stables of the castle and also disposes of a large terrace where we like to serve you during summer. The chef cook likes to surprise you with typical gascony dishes and his own culinary creations. The label ” Les Tables du Gers” has been given to the restaurant because of the use of local product and with the ‘slow food’ movement.
Our wine-list has some very beautiful wines from the Saint Mont and Madiran region. Two regions which are getting more international attention. The owner and wine-lover Marc selected all the wines carefully.
The cosy bar and the big peaceful terrace open in the end of the afternoon until the evening. We also offer take away meals and pizzas.
The restaurant is opened until August 16th.
